How to Keep Fit While Watching Television

When you have a busy life, sometimes all you want to do is sit back and relax while watching episodes of Lost or Grey's Anatomy. But unfortunately, our bodies just do not appreciate the lack of activity, and even if you have a busy life, it may be unfortunate side effect that we still end up packing on the pounds.

you can turn your TV time in a simple operation time, and here are eight different ways to lose weight and exercise in front of the TV.

Yes, exercise ball does not really seem like a lot of work ... While try to use them, that is! Even a slight movement of your body will require you to move your muscles, especially those ABS, so you do not end up losing your balance and roll on the floor instead.

Pick up pilates ring, to squeeze in between the knees and thighs to give you work. You'll get stronger as you practice, so start with holding for several seconds at a time. Before you know it, you'll be able to hold for a minute or longer.

Skip snacking

I know, easier said than done, because what goes better with a big movie than a bowl of popcorn? Instead, have healthy snacks ready, such as carrots and dip or flavored rice cakes. This will help fill you up so you do not end up mindlessly snacking when you're actually hungry.

I do not watch and eat

Same with a snack if you eat while distracted TV, you're going to end up eating a lot more than if you ate, without the benefit of the television. And yes, it really is best to sit at the dinner table to eat ... even eating in the kitchen causes you to eat more too.

Pick up the Wii Fit

Use the Wii Fit exercise with a television instead of watching the show. Not only is it much fun, you can lose weight through all kinds of fun activities from snowboarding and boxing.
